Modified heavy rain over Cheydinhal. I haven't got any permissions yet. For now it's only for personal use, but if you like it, we can try and have a real downpour over Cyrodiil... :)

It surely feels awesome, especially with Sounds of Cyrodiil, discovery1's weeping willows from TIE, my old willow oaks from UBG, and xrayy's better cathedrals, QTP III Redimized, and Detailed Terrain with some changes to taste.

    good somber atmosphere
    I've made that with snow .. I've just added some more animation-nodes (don't know the correct terms right now) with nifskope

      Oh, this is far less advanced - just a texture. I'd love to check out that snow. Is it on your website?
