Thank you for your comments! I'm using Qarl texture pack 3 redimized, which is already parallaxed, but I don't remember where I got it from, not from here. I guess you can google it. Apart from that, it is just my ENB config, wich is ATE slightly tweaked to have less contrast (by lowering brightness and adding ambient lightning).
Aha, then I guess that enb and ate are to be "blamed" for this magnificent toning-down effect. I use Quarl's myself, but with OBGE they look a bit whiter - not terribly so, but whiter anyway...
I have always strived to make my Ayleid ruins look more gray like Yours ! ^^ They look fantasctic ! In their vanilla state they reflect the sun so bad - they are so bright that it may hurt Your eyes when You look at them without sunglasess xD So care to share some pointers on how to make Ayleid ruins look like Yours here ? Great capture btw. ^^
