   Yery nice OBGE image! How I miss that water...
   One thing, do you have your texture quality setting on LOW? The Ayleid ruin textures look so.

      Or maybe yes put probably no or some things could not work...
      
      The thing I don't have is Qarl Texture Pack III installed
      Too much resource usage and I don't really care

      Yes, that's an explanation. QTP3 is indeed resource hungry.
      However, good shot and really pretty character!
