So far it hasn't been updated for Visions and I missed it so much I learned how to make the mod myself. I probably havent done as good as TinFoils version as I didn't want to mess with too many figures I didn't quite understand the consequences of. My version changes the following:

1 - Spawndistance of creatures are now 5x what they are by default. (acts the same as TinFoils)
2 - Creatures will spawn day and night regardless.
3 - Very rare creatures will spawn more often (not a lot but certainly more than what seems to be 1 creature per half a planet!).

I have tested this with 1.76 and have found no issues. I will keep the mod updated for as long as I use it.

Any problems let me know, although requests might be rejected until I understand the impacts better but feel free to ask. 

Will be incompatible with any mod that uses ROLEDESCRIPTIONTABLES folder.




Extra credits
This mod can be based on the idea had by many many people over the past 2 years. It will be impossible to find them all. I have credited TinFoilHat as it was his mod that made me make this one, noone elses mod worked right for me when TinFoils did. Other mods out there that effect the spawn distance also effect other things that this mod doesn't or the other way round, none of these mods are exactly the same other than the premise that the creatures spawn further away.
