Made for my Fiend loving friend jarooraj and inspired by his many ideas for Fiend mods, Jaros Fiends adds the possibility of random Fiend spawns while mining common Crystals and Ferrite Dust.
Note : Mod seems to have no effect if used in creative mode.
Please ensure "On Foot Combat" is enabled in difficulty settings.
A more comprehensive take on the fiend spawning mechanic in Jaros Fiends is now included in "No Man's Land" by youngneil1
Please check out his very challenging and incredible mod !
Huge thanks to youngneil1 for discovering and sharing a much simpler and better method of controlling fiend spawn rates that has allowed me to greatly reduce the complexity of this mod and files required making this latest update and future upkeep easily possible.
Install
Step 1 : Extract from zip.
Step 2 : Open the extracted unzipped folder and copy Jaros.Fiends folder to No Man's Sky\GAMEDATA\MODS folder.
Create a Mods folder if you don't already have one.
Uninstall
Delete Jaros.Fiends folder from No Man's Sky\GAMEDATA\MODS folder.
