About this mod
This mod overhauls the jetpack, makes it more viable, and enjoyable to use. Original by ATaXiA - updated by chembros (Leven).
- Permissions and credits
Two versions are available. Use only one. This is based on ATaXiA's Jetpack Overhaul, credit to him for the original tweaks. He isn't active lately - so until he is, I will keep it updated here.
This mod plays nicely with my jetpack audio replacer, Jetpack Afterburner. Sound more like a real rocket.
Note: You may need to remove rocket boots for this mod to work smoothly.
Enhanced...
Increased force and speed, no longer feels like you weigh 8 tons when trying to fly
Increased fill rate
Increased tank times, scales with jetpack tech
Increased brake for better air control
Shortened ignition for better responsiveness
Unlimited...
Same as Enhanced, except:
Removed most of the drain (near zero drain is attainable when flying forwards)
Instant refill speed
Increased tank sizes
Enabled free mode up to 3000m
*This mod will conflict with other mods modifying GCPLAYERGLOBALS.GLOBAL.MBIN*
