This mod decreases blinding halo effect of every bright object to make them shine but not to a point the fullscreen goes white.

In details :
- reduced overall effect transparency
- reduced lens flare in particular
- reduced blue streak effect when bright object is on the edge of the screen
- new in 1.1 : reduced gravitino blinding light

I'm not the first to offer this mod and Ultroman in particular deployed great efforts in providing dozens of variants in his Toned Down Lens Flare mod but none were really to my own taste, so as I was also concerned by this issue, I finally looked into it to provide this mod.

- This mod can't be used along any other mod modifying SHADERS\CODE\FULLSCREEN\LENSFLAREFRAGMENT.SHADER.H.BIN file
