   It doesn't seem to work for me at all. Downloaded the most recent file, put the "Reduced Launch Cost 10% 4.2" folder into my MODS folder, and my ship is still using 25%. I'm honestly a bit lost here given the installation notes that come with the .zip file are heavily outdated.

   With the changes to modding in the game, doesn't the file go into GAMEDATA/MODS folder, not PCBANKS/MODS any longer?
