This mods adds rare Binary stars systems to the game

In details :
 - Create binary stars in some systems (theoretically in about 30% of them but I found only 1 out of 10 systems yet)
 - Suns have variable size
 - Distance between suns is variable
 - Suns are "physicaly" rotating around each other over their course in the sky thanks to MonkeyMan ideas and formulae :)
 - Small fix removing a possible black ring in the middle of the suns

Known issue : Binary stars could only be seen from space or from ground but not both in some systems.
