Quite simply, this removes the audio triggers from the start of refiners, preventing them from ever making that rattling noise we all love to hate.
If you only wish to silence the Personal Refiners, you can remove the MODELS/PLANETS folder from the mod.
On the other hand, if you want to silence the built refiners but not the personal, delete the MODELS/COMMON folder from the mod.
The files in METADATA and TEXTURES are there to support Mod Catalogue Framework and may be safely ignored if you don't use it, but you might want to check it out.
