Simple edit fixing the current issue that causes mouse look sensitivity to drastically decrease while sprinting in 3rd-person. Optional file for decreased camera zoom in combat.

Installation: Drop the .pak file into /gamedata/pcbanks/mods
Makes changes to GCCAMERAGLOBALS.GLOBAL.MBIN
