Increased fly speed and damage of pulse spitter's projectiles.

Increased the speed of projectile "SMG"(the projectile that pulse spitter shots) to 240 (60 before)
Increased the damage of pulse spitter to 144 (96 before)
将脉冲喷射器子弹飞行速度增加到240，原本为60
将脉冲喷射器基础伤害增加到144，原本为96
