Tweaks the Drain Rate and Recharge of the Cloaking Device to be much slower
- Permissions and credits
- Changes the Drain Rate of the [Active Camouflage device / Cloaking Device] to be much slower. (Should now allow you to afk in the middle of a battle of space cops and have them forget about you)
- Changes the Recharge Rate of the Cloaking Device to be much faster.
I was pestering a very friendly Admin on the NMS discord and they wrote the lua script for me when they really didnt need to.
