This mod cuts the cost of ship and multitool class upgrades in half. Does not touch the cost of inventory slot upgrade. For that get Cheaper Multitool and Ship Slot Upgrades at No Man's Sky Nexus - Mods and Community (nexusmods.com). As these two mods would conflict, use the Luas and combine using AMUMSS (see How To pdf link below).
Manual Installation :
Install: Extract to GAMEDATA\MODS
Mod Edits :
METADATA/REALITY/TABLES/COSTTABLE.MBIN
