Places a portal on spacestations, to the side of the landing pads

The original version of the mod, by Mjstral, placed a 75% size portal onto spacestations near the back wall. After the NMS Oulaws update added a station computer in that area, everything sort of broke.
As I used this particular mod personally, for convenience, I decided to fix it up a bit. The portal has been moved between the stairwells to one side of the landing pads. It is both resized and has had other structural changes made, so it would fit. I've also removed portal charge costs.
Please be aware of the following:
-When you return from the other side, you will not go back to the station, you will return to the vanilla portal for the system the station is in.
