In the base game, a player settlement VERY quickly reaches the Production and happiness caps and gets to 0 maintenance, but reaching the cap of 200 for population takes an eternity, especially by comparison. Though there isn't all that much incentive to care about reaching the population cap, some people (such as myself) are going to feel compelled to do it.
What this mod aims to do is to speed that up a bit. It increases the population gain of buildings and events to a range of +5 to +12 from the game defaults, which range from +1 to +5. LUA file is included for users who want to tweak those values.
