Better flight speed and controls on planet and in space.

Permissions and credits
This mod completely alters the behavior, speed, and steering of your ship both in space and on the planet surface. After 100+ hours of playing NMS, I decided that the ship putts along just a little too slow for my taste. I had to edit the same file that Low Flight by Hytek uses, so I went ahead and incorporated my own version of low flight (with hover) in this mod as well.

Current features include:
Low flight on planet
Hover on planet and in space
Increased lowspeed (W-key/Right Trigger/Launch/Lowspeed Accelerator) flight on planet and in space (thrust unchanged so you can go slow and scan the terrain)
Increased boost (Left-Shift/B-button/High-Speed Accelerator) flight top speed and thrust on planet and in space
Increased steering maneuverability during boost on planet and in space
Reverse flight possible on planet surfaceInstant exit from your ship.

(This mod is incompatible with Low Flight, but that's okay because this does everything it does and more so you won't miss it.)

There are several version of the mod contained in the zip. They are as follows:

Standard (controls and handling modded, increased speed limits on planet and in space)
Granny Speed (controls and handling modded, Vanilla speed limits)
Ludicrous Speed (controls and handling modded, Ridiculous top speeds)
Space Only (controls and handling modded, Vanilla speeds on planet, Standard modded speeds in space)

1.3 - Fixed a bug that caused reverse flight on planets not to work
         Implemented shorter naming convention for .pak files for filesystem compatibility with older version of Windows.
         Added Instant Exit. Now you will exit your ship instantly.
1.4 - Fixed a bug that caused your ship to spin uncontrollably in some situations.
1.5 - Made further adjustments to increase steering responsiveness.
         Significantly decreased acceleration drop off, ship will coast without losing speed after releasing boost.
         Made Ludicrous Speed even more ludicrous! Max speed while boosting in space, fastest the game engine will allow.
1.6 - Resolved the "reverse while landing" issue. I basically severely reduced the amount of braking when you hit the land/exit button so the ship doesn't fly backwards super fast when you try to land. If you spam the key or hold it down you will still move backwards though.
         Slightly increased the amount of roll while turning during flight.
         Added a Space Only version. This is Vanilla speed on planet, and "Standard" Fly It Like You Stole It Speed in Space.
         Very slightly decreased boost top speed on planet (to minimize pop-in from objects on the ground.)
1.7 - Further adjusted steering sensitivity to prevent "free spin".
         Decreased boost top speed on planet a bit further (to minimize pop-in from objects on the ground.)
         Adjusted turn dampening for normal and boosted flight to smooth out steering during turns at speed and allow for better aiming of the ship.
