As of 450a, you no longer have to use 'High' inventory limit settings. All limits are multiplied now.
This mod now has multiple functions:
Enables editing inventory difficulty after game has started (be careful not to lower your inventory and lose items!)
Enables high inventory for Permadeath
Defaults new Permadeath to high inventory
Multiplies all inventory limits at all difficulties by the multiplier specified (2x, 10x, or 100x)
