It there any way to make the player also do more damage? I like that the enemies are more dangerous, but the player should be also. Everything is just too bullet-spongy and slow paced when it comes to combat.
I want to be afraid of being easily killed, but I also want to know if I'm alert and get the jump / ambush on something I can kill it in a few shots, just like most force encounters in real life.
I was wondering, what is possible regarding spawn counts for all these categories? For example 3 or 4 times as many fiends and scuttlers per incident released simultaneously. I was able before Origins to get large herds of aggressive animals, 20 pirates, ect. Where dual-biome was concerned I could get 2 sets of apex predators and two large herds intermingling where the biomes met. I've used mods that never let more than two walkers spawn but sentinels drones would increase exponentially so I could have 50 flying around me in a circle blasting away. Going the other direction I used mod combos that made massive walker spawns.
For Example:
There were also mods that could yield 4-8 robot dogs that show up on the scene at first alert or have peaceful packs of robot dogs roaming around until fired upon or alerted after which they all turned on you hehe. I had combinations of mods I used together to effect these changes. Took me a while to dial in everything through requests and experimentation but then Origins wiped it all out. Perhaps a higher spawn count across the board version as well?
If i have something i will tell you. But i might give you a tip: get the game on GOG. Then you can stay with the version's you like and all the mods you want and you don't need to upgrade the game.
