Makes storm transitions (effects and cloud coverage) more gradual, also makes storms last longer but gives more time in between two storms, and doubles day/night length. Also makes storms less loud. A version with normal length of day is now available for download.

Initial version
This mod makes a number of changes to make storms feel more natural and realistic:
Transitions of storm effects (stormy to clear and vice versa), as well as storm-related cloud coverage changes are much slower and more gradual. It no longer seems as if someone just pushed an "INSTANT STORM NOW!" button;
The maximum cloud coverage during storms is increased from around 85% to 100%;
Storms have increased duration but the time in between storms has also been increased. Some storms may last close to a full day/night cycle, but you may also see up to two full day/night cycles of good weather in-between two storms.
Storm warning time is also greatly increased;
Storms are a bit less loud.
Furthermore this mod doubles the duration of days and nights, although a version with normal length of day is now available for download. The increases in storm timers are scaled for day length in both versions.
