Removes the mouse-based parallax scrolling from UI screens such as inventory.

Most of the UI screens have an effect that moves the entire UI around as you move your mouse (not controller). This removes that effect, making the UI stationary.
Many people reported problems that were tracked down to conflicts with Lo2k's fast actions and small cursor mods. As such, there is now a version that includes those mods as well, with Lo2k's permission. You can find Lo2k's fabulous mods here: https://www.nexusmods.com/nomanssky/mods/880 . He's one of the best mod authors around, so you should definitely check out his stuff.
Game Updates
While the game is being updated, there may be two zip files available, PUBLIC and EXPERIMENTAL for use with their respective branches on Steam. Check the version numbers to make sure you are getting the right version!
