Tweaks  does the following improvements and is considered Game Breaking.

Scan range increase
Scan speed and faster recharge
Tech increased to 9 instead of 3
Resource from mining increased - you get alot more from mining both Asteroids ( the big asteriods that dont get destroyed easily ) and planetary mining - make sure you have plenty of room and planet mining is best with the terrain manipulator set to smallest size beam
Torch improvement
Terrain resource scan improved and faster recharge
Ship interact range increased from 50u to 5000u - very nice when on a planet
Ship scan increased from 10000 to 20000 with faster recharge.
Movement Boosts - Walk and Run speed
Jetpack - speed and refill rates both land and water
Stamina recharge boost
Building Scans now give between 2 and 5 instead of 0 and 2
Biogenerator has no cost to run and instantly provides 50000 power
Refiners will be instant

Disable Base Building Limits
