Makes the cockpit and the entire ship invisible. Perfect for taking pictures or videos without using the static game pause inducing Photo Mode.
I recommend disabling the HUD in options.

The ship cloak activates shortly after ship take off and deactivates on landing.

Updated version of Cockpit Cloak by Gmr_Leon. Overall entity design to work with entry/exit & takeoff/landing animation sequences for concealment by Mjjstral, further polish such as directing entity edits to correct entities for explorers, shuttles, & exotics and calibrating timing for cloaking to work when taking off from landing pads in various places by Gmr_Leon.

Known Issues:
NPC Starships taking off from trading posts will disappear shortly after takeoff. This is due to the changes to starship entities working off of the takeoff/landing animations. This may also apply to takeoffs from other landing pads, but we have not checked this thoroughly. Flybys over planet surfaces and through space appear to be unaffected due to not having had to take off at any point.

Starship hulls will reappear after leaving warp to another star system. Something about leaving warp seems to be treated as the landing animation taking place thus causing this issue. If you land somewhere and take off again, the issue is resolved though, and the cloaking restored.

Starship hulls will reappear as you are landing on freighters/space stations. The docking protocol seems to override the usual landing animation sequence, and we haven't found a way to resolve this yet.

Dashboard interior will never reappear on landing, while ship hull will. This is due to the unusual animation sequence at play for entering/exiting the cockpit, which we have yet to figure out a solution for just yet.

Mod may not work correctly if doing touchdowns, when you land and immediately take off.  Recommended to exit, then reenter the ship before taking off again.

Works for Fighters, golden vectors, dropships, scientific, shuttles, exotic (both regular and squid), and sail ships.  For living ships, cockpitcloak works, shipcloak does not.
