This Mod removes all or some of the AI ships noisily flying in the planet's atmosphere or turning forever above outposts.
This is a revival of Kamosabe's "No Random AI Ships on Planets" Mod, working with the latest version of No Man's Sky: Beyond.
There are two versions of this mod, please use only one:
Mod_NoAIShips.pak removes all AI ships on planets.
Mod_SomeAIShips.pak removes all AI ships except around trading posts.
This Mod does not affect ships in space, interstellar hubs or the Nexus.
Installation
Navigate to No Man's Sky\GAMEDATA\PCBANKS.
Delete or rename the DISABLEMODS.TXT file.
Create a folder named MODS if it does not already exists.
Unzip the archive and copy one of the two .pak files to the MODS folder.
