Reduced to approx 4500 parts...

7000 piece base was made a couple of years ago.

Using newer building items, glitches & drastic scaling in an attempt to convey large, busy settlement, but with only 3000 pieces so it can be uploaded and accessed.

I have no idea if end result will look convincing.

Currently, as photos show, this very much a (messy) work in progress...
