Since version 4.48.1, the LUA script for the LANG module allows to generate custom localization files for other languages. To create a translation of Misc Text Fixes, follow these steps.1. Prepare new text entries in target language
Replace the English text elements in variables listed in sections LOCALIZATION FILE ... of the LUA script with desired entries in your target language. Be aware of usage of various formatting tags, in-game variables and special characters such as line break or hard space. Example of modified entry from Loc File 1 section:

After replacing all the needed text entries, navigate the script down to the SCRIPT DATA AND FUNCTIONS section and change the value of the SUFFIX variable to one of the valid language discriminators supported by the game:
WARNING: do not type the value of the language discriminator in all capital letters! One must follow the capitalization listed already in the game files! The valid values for this variable are:

3. Compile the modified script
Save the changes to the modified LUA script and compile it into a mod using AMUMSS. If you're not familiar with using AMUMSS, follow this guide hosted on Nexus Mods.
Uploading translations to Nexus Mods
I hereby grant permission to upload and release translations and other modifications of the LANG module of Miscellaneous Text Fixes targeting other languages onto the Nexus Mods platform as long as author / uploader of the translated / modified version lists and links my work in their mod description page in a public manner, Example of such addition:

Do not put my mod as the download requirement for the translation.
