Removes four dangly strips from the Iga headband.

Another quick mod, removes the four strips on the back of the Iga Jonin headband.
I didn't like the physics on them and the way they moved, and they also clipped with my character's hair.
Note: Was made with Motion Blur Off, DLSS, and on a Female Body Type, so it may not work if your settings are different.
Install: Just extract and drop it in your mod folder like usual :)
Uninstall: Delete my folder from your mod folder.
