This is a new iteration of the Thicker Thighs mods for buffing up the fist weapons' kick damage and your viewing pleasure(assuming you are into this).
Come with thicker thighs, AND thicker calves while also free of major clipping compared to the original.
Also a more balanced, fit style leg shape IMO.
