Yes, there's a bunch of these, and I think this one looks pretty good, so you might like it. I just tweaked the default face, added some extra flair, and I think it looks pretty dope

Be mindful that this won't change your character's proportions. For the legs, I used this and picked v6. For the arms, I used this and picked the biggest option.
