   In the dinput8.ini file 
   change this line 
   [Steam.Log]
   Silent=false 
   
   to 
   
   [Steam.Log]
   Silent=true
   
   this will fix it i promise

   I'm having this problem as well after doing the "if your game won't start" section of the faq.
   
   I'm also having a problem where the longer I play, the more stuttering I get. I had to restart due to stuttering, but then it wouldn't load, so I deleted the files, and now it plays that sound and still won't load.
   
   Edit to add: Other than that stuff this is a great mod comp/guide and I really appreciate it. Makes the game look awesome.

   Need help for this issue, cant seem to find a way to fix it. it crashes immediately when the game tries to load once u start
