Replaces the Machine Sword with the Marauder's Axe from Doom Eternal

Mod comes in two versions:
Credits:
- Basic Emissive - Uses a single emissive for the axe head, with an accurate layout of the Sentinel symbols
- Panning Emissive - Body of the head is translucent, with an inner core that is a
panning emissive, and with the edges and symbols as a basic emissive. The symbols are fewer and larger.
