Replaces select weapons with the Nuka Breaker from Fallout New Vegas - Gun Runner's Arsenal.

This mod comes in multiple versions:
- One which replaces the Machine Axe (has emissives).
- Another which replaces Beastlord (has emissives).
- The third also replaces Beastlord, but has no emissive for the neon parts.
Notes:
The handle, power cord, and grip wraps were remodeled from scratch, so it won't look 1:1 with the original New Vegas model, though I did try to maintain a similar look. The sign itself, the neon tubes, and the plug are still original, though some of their materials have been altered as well.
