Gives 9S his official Nier Reincarnation outfit, a upgrade to his original model.

Last outfit from the original trio, was asked about this one in several requests.
No self destruct outfit effects, may add in the future (there isn't enough body geometry to support it, so i'd have to add my own or tweak his shoulders).
Thanks to Bivi for ripping the models so that people could use them. This mod wouldn't be possible without Woeful's tools

I combined all of my knowledge from the other ports, this one includes fixed shaders, 4k textures, cutscene compatibility (2b has an issue where her face becomes invisible in partial-in-game cutscenes, 9S doesn't), proper arm weights.
This one also comes with a white version for variety.
