This mod sneakily adds some meat to his thighs and butt and is only really noticeable without his trousers, so you don't need to worry about explaining anything to those who might be looking over your shoulder while you play!
But when the moment does come and you force either one of them to 'self-destruct,' I think you (and 2B of course) will appreciate seeing those plush Scanner thighs out in the wind :)

(To install: simply create a 'pl' folder in the 'data' folder. Paste the extracted .dtt and .dat file in the 'pl' folder).
