   If you pair this reshade with the color filter (60% vibrancy) using Nvidia game filters, it looks fantastic! You can see the difference here.

      You could adjust the 'vibrance' in the ReShade menu instead, I've lowered it, as I prefer the colours this way.
      
      It would essentially do the exact same as increasing vibrance in the Nvidiafilter, but in the ReShade, glad your enjoying the preset, thanks.

   Am I blind, or is the actual preset.ini file missing from the downloaded rar? It seems to only contain the reshade files. According to the reshade.ini the preset file should be "NewWorldHDR.ini" which is not included?

      Thanks so much, I must have overlooked this when creating the archive. I've now uploaded the 'NewWorldHDR.ini' with the rest of the files, Let me know what you think, thanks again.

      Thank you! Loving what you did with the filters. I absolutely hate the overblown, cartoony colors the game originally has. This reshade preset made me actually enjoy the graphics!
