      Find the video showcase of it on YT by tru3th, and you can find a working link of the mod in the comments, along with my comment that warns about the problems using this mod. Good luck.

      It is reportedly being worked on as a TTW 3.3 exclusive, due to the TTW mod having what the current person working on OONV feels is the strongest developer community.
      
      TTW 3.3 will also include iron sights for all guns. I'm actually glad the release date for 3.3 is "it'll be done when it's done" because a) good things take time and b) I still have my 3.2.2 playthrough going lol.

      He stated that when he feels its finished that he will re-realese it, its also going to be for WONM (Weapons of New Millenia)

       If anyone else is looking for this mod, a few videos have links to old versions, but from what I can tell, the developer is releasing it exclusively for TTW 3.3 since that mod seems to have the strongest dev community.
