*Metaprogression "Points" are gained by meeting the following goals:

Earn 50,000 Caps
Gain 10 levels ✔️
Become Idolized in a Faction
Complete a DLC Mainquest
Acquire 10 'Unique' weapons/armor ✔️
Kill a 'Legendary' Creature
Complete a Character's 'Personal Goal' ✔️

Gaining a Metaprog point will give the next character a spin on the Wheel of Rewards:
