Hey Xilandro, was curious, would there be a way to convert this or use directly on Fallout 3?
And also, if there is anything relatively simple I could do to help, let me know, and I'd do my best to help. I'm a noob modder (if you could even call me that) and some experience might help, I was actually thinking about making a hit marker mod myself (after seeing another abandoned HM mod) but I have *no* idea at all how to even begin.

You uploaded the first preview of this mod on 8 october 2013... It's been 2 years already...
