   Settings to get this? I though fnv reloaded had messed up shadows

      stock as it comes in New Vegas Reloaded,  it does have its issues, and apparently needs an update to fix issues in the latest version.  no idea if it will ever get patched...
      
      I was just so happy to have static casting shadows in FNV :)
