   What if you turn placeable water into actual water by turning your cell into an exterior?

      I don't think roombounds work outdoors and it'd come with its own limitations anyway.

      They probably dont, but exteriors have their own sort of roombounds. I think one of the official dlc for F3 uses exteriors for some cells, but it really doesn't look or feel like it. I also always felt like the exteriors dont need as much optimization as interiors do. I imagine the biggest challenge would be to make the lighting and weather to match your original interior lighting.
      Anyway, just a thought.

   Hopefully JIP LN NVSE or some other mod will fix it because that's been bothering me for a while.
