About this video

This is a belief I've held about the lighting system for a long time, but these custom waters are really showing to me that there's so much good
graphical fidelity in this engine/game obscured by crap settings that no one has made the effort to actually experiment with.

That being said: @0:20.... 1997 called. They want their water effects back.
