I always hated how interior water in New Vegas looks, so since my new mod will have an interior with water in it, I wanted to see If I could make it look better. This is done just by tweaking Water Object sliders, results are promising?

    Obs did messed up the water. Especially noticeable in sewers. My solution was just copy paste water settings from F3.

      I think it was just the same reason as to why tons of NPCs have faces that were clearly just the result of the Generate button, or even just lightly/un-modified Race Default faces: rushed development with no time for an aesthetic pass.
