About this video

Well i had this idea pretty long already but never found really the time for it until now.

Unlike the Current Technique for Weather Effects this actually have a Outro Sequenze also the Transition work much better with it.
It also has Zero Impact on Performance.

It dosent need to teleport constantly meshes to the player which often reset animation and cause weird behavior

Beside this it suffer from the Some issues like any Weather Effect it still rotate with the Player View


The Texture in this video are vanilla im not a texture artist. i gonna release it soon as modder ressource
