This is a 2x-4x AI upscale using Topaz Photo AI. High Fidelity AI models were used for 98% of the textures to preserve the vanilla look. The textures are upscaled and AI de-blurred, decompressed and de-noised where appropriate but de-noise was very limited. Some textures were also ran through and AI Sharpening model where appropriate.
