I don't know if this is lore friendly or not but the story is that some engineer found a way to convert the Recharger Ammo to MF Cells by sticking a large MF Battery in it!

IMPORTANT: If you don't see any changes tell me in the BUGS Section or you probably don't have your game on C: Drive.
Install Instructions:
Unzip and place into your New Vegas data folder.
Or Just Download with manager.
