Hello everybody! This is a quick mod I threw together that adds some Halloween-themed merchandise sold by a fully-voiced skeletal merchant.
The file requires no DLC and has been cleaned with FNVEDIT, so it should be safe for everybody to use. Still, you should always make a backup save before installing ANY mod, in case something goes wrong.
A summoning totem has been placed in the Goodsprings Cemetery. Activating it will summon Lou Rako, who will sell you some unique Halloween gear.
Included are some wearable mutkin heads(based off Xazomn's awesome resource <3), some witch hats, a cheap cardboard box helmet, some magazines and books. Also candy corn! Yay!
Please note that the witch hat is tagged as a hat that hides hair to avoid clipping, so your precious 'do may disappear. But if you want to risk it, download the optional ESP that does not hide the hair and test around.
If Lou Rako runs out of merchandise and you want some RIGHT NOW, you can sprinkle purified water on him through dialogue to reset his inventory manually.
As this was something I made for the season, I WILL NOT MAKE ANY CHANGES. I will not add to it or subtract from this mod. This is offered as-is. If you want to change something, do it yourself with the GECK or FNVEDIT.
Goodsprings Cemetary. Lou Rako won't be there at first, but he can be summoned and banished at will through the Summoning Totem available there.
To install, extract the contents of your downloaded file to your "Steam/SteamApps/Common/Fallout New Vegas/Data" folder. Then activate the mod through your preferred launcher by ticking the checkbox next to the esp. Or you can use your mod manager of choice to download the mod automatically. To uninstall, simply delete the files from your Data folder, and you're good to go. Have fun!
