Adds a terminal to the New Vegas Medical Clinic which allows you to upgrade any of your S.P.E.C.I.A.L implants purchased from Dr.Usanagi so they give a +2 bonus instead of +1 for a price of 12000 caps.

Please note that this mod will remove your original implant perks when you purchase the upgrades, this means that if you uninstall the mod you will need to re-add them again using the console.
