Adds Ka-bar knife into the game. Normal and throwing version.

This model is leftover from a failed Vietnam War game dev. I released it since I have no other
use for it. There are two versions:
-Ka-bar knife
-Ka-bar throwing knife
You can buy them at gunrunners. Have fun.
