Fast travel is disabled when using second plugin.
Character Rebuild is Disabled when Using Second Plugin.
-- NOTE: If using disabled fast travel, Fast Travel WILL NOT be usable even if second plugin is disabled.
This is made for the Base Game Vanilla version. Most likely not compatible with most other mods and DLC's
Vendors carry far less ammo but far more crafting and reloading supplies
Carry some FO:3 weapons and armors.

GEN GAME CHANGES=================
--Implemented J Sawyer changes as much as possible
--J Sawyer Sleep, Hunger, H2O rates upped
--Initial Player Health has been lowered as much as settings will allow.
--Initial player carry weight lowered to 90
--Most stimpmaks and hydras have been removed from the wild
--First aid boxes do not give stimpaks or hydras.
--Most ovens have been emptied of food
--Most refigerators have been emptied of food
--Hidden Supply Cave can only be opened with a key given by
BOXCARS after Wheel Of Fortune quest has been given.
--Bark Scorpion drop rates increase significantly
--Fast Travel is disabled with second plugin
--Expanded Ammo Recipes - 38 spc and 44 spc
Recipes for poisoned BB's is aavailable.
--Nuka Grenades and 40mm Nuka Grenades are available after getting schematic.
--Mojave Express locations are increased and available at start.
Player has courtesy locker located next to each one.
--Deathcalws and Cazadores have been tagged to NOT RESPAWN
--Mailboxes are empty.
--Most weapons are tagged - NPC's USE AMMO
--Unchecked NPC use ammo due to infinite reloading animation issues.
--Bean Bag Rounds have been fixed to actually do fatigue damage
Possibly an undocumented game bug prevents it from working
--Sunny Smiles has been upgraded a bit with her TAG Skills
Guns and melee
--New recipes have been added based on the DLC's as described in the WIKI
--Chemistry Workstations have been created and some campfire recipes are now
Chemistry recipes
--Some Recipes have been removed. Others have been changed.
--Caravan Lunch, Trail Mix and Caravan Apple Pie return lunchboxes.
--Doctor Bags return used and broken equipment which can be sterilized, repaired and reused
--Nuka Colas and Sunset Sarsaparillas do not heal. They only dehydrate you.
--Stimpaks and Hydras return used syringes which can be sterlilized
--Searchlight Goldmine North has a Pre-War weapons stash.
Vipers will arm themselves with it.
--Tesla Beaton prototype Canon recharges and does not need ammo. 2 second recharge time
Unique Tesla Canon and Tesla Canon do EMP damage against robots and Power Armor.
--XP gain is crippled. Most creatures and NPC's give 0 XP. Quest XP rewards are reduced
by 80% with a hidden perk (XP Cripple)
--Most challenges thresholds have been raised to extremely high levels to stop giving XP at every turn
--NCR Emergency Radio Quest Tag removed so you can remove it from your inventory
--Missing Laser Pistol Quest Tag Removed
--Railway Rifle does 30 damage, 350 fatigue damage and 100% Knockdown effect.
All Railway ammo must be crafted at a workbench using scrap metal.
--Alien Blaster, Disruptor and Alien Rifle are found in Silver Peak Mine along with 50 power cells.
Schematic for making Alien Power Cells is located there as well.
--Schematics for making NUKA GRENADES and 40mm NUKA GRENADES are
found at Brewers Beer Bootlegging as well as the Nuka Chemist Perk.

Requires boxing gloves or boxing tape.

--Hand Loader is found in GunRunner HQ.
--Food effects have been reworked to be more challenging.

--Ada Straus and Farakas sell natural healing items (Broc Flower, Xander root, white horsenettle, etc...)
--Most vendors have a 5% chance of selling a skill book
Cliff Briscoe and Prospectors Den merchant have (2) 5% chances of selling a skillbook
Blake (Crimson Caravan) has (3) 5% chance of selling a skillbook
--Vendotron DOES NOT SELL MILITARY WEAPONS. They are found at Nellis.
--More throwing knives and hatchets found in vendor inventories
--Miguels Pawn Shop sells Crafted Weapons. (Deathclaw gauntlet, Railway Rifle...)
--Mentats, Flavored Mentats and Fixer Sold in Vending Machines..

--Mick & Ralph sells chainsaws and Rippers for seasoned Deathclaw Hunters.
--Sunset Sarsaparilla is sold in Vending Machines.

--Perks are sold as holotapes by Usanagi and Mick and Ralph
--Some Perks on holotape require implants to function:
Toughness perk requires Subdermal Armor implant to function
Lifegiver perk requires Monocyte Breeder to function
Many Perks on Holotape can be toggled on and off
--Power Armor Training holotape is found in the Broc Flower Cave.
Skill points are gained by reading magazines.
Reading 3 skill magazines raises that skill by 5 points
Reading 10 skill magazines gives a perk or recipe
Criticals magazine raises LUCK by 1 for every 10 magazines read
Skill books give 10 Skill points instead of the usual 3
Some skill books give a perk when read.
Skills at level up are far fewer

--NCR Trooper Uniforms, Ranger patrol and Combat Ranger are sold as SURPLUS at 188
Faction Warnings have been removed.
Health and DT have been Lowered.
--Reiley's Ranger uniform is Tagged as Surplus but only found in the wasteland.
DT and Health are lower but +1 Luck, +10 Guns and +10 AP are effects.
WATER============================
--Consuming Water returns an Empty Water Bottle
--Unpurified water is very detrimental and must be purified to be usable.
--Clean Water Activators fill Empty Water Bottles
--Clean Water Activators Replace Dirty Water with Purified Water
--Dirty Water Activators fill Empty Water Bottles with Dirty Water regardless of water type
--Water can be Purified at a Stove or with a Charcoal Water Purifier
--Purified Water does not heal you. Only Re-Hydrates you
