Adds a Nuke-Girl Rocket Suit, NukaCola Baseball Cap, and Thirst Zapper Prototype to New Vegas

This mod adds an approximation of the Nuka Girl Rocket Suit to New Vegas.
It also includes a Nuka Cola Baseball Cap and Thirst Zapper Prototype.
All of the equipment can be found in the abandoned shack near Gibson's Scrapyard.
Note, there is already a very impressive Nuka Girl costume, which unfortunately I didn't see until _after_ I made this mod.

However, that one requires Type 3 body, and there are helmet/hair issues reported. So maybe folks will still find this useful.
I intend to revisit this model/texture, as I'm not entirely happy with how it turned out. This is my first adventure with Blender, so subsequent efforts should be better.
I'm also looking to expand this into a "Nuka-Land" questline. But one thing at a time.
